The monthly meeting of Harrington Grove Community Association was held

on March 25, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. at St. Francis of Assisi, the Vice President being in
the chair. All Board members were present except Herb Hernandez and Matt
Cronlund.

Kenny Perguson of Wakefield Landscaping gave a general description of their


plans for the season.

Ben Allen of York Security addressed the GPS system and security concerns.

Jim Vescio of the Swim and Racquet Club stated that the there will be
construction at the Club at the pool deck and patio area and that they were
planning to repave the parking lot and pathway. He noted that the Club will open
the middle of May.

Pringle noted that the vinyl fence should be continued adjacent to New
Leesville Boulevard where the developer installed a wooden fence behind 5716
Harrington Grove Drive. He also suggested the homeowner should be notified
because the wooden fence is behind and adjacent to the home’s property.
Hutson moved that the Board purchase enough fence
material to extend the fence adjacent to New Leesville Boulevard
behind 5716 Harrington Grove Drive and that the homeowner be
notified of the proposed fence change.

The motion passed after debate.

The drainage problem near Back Sail Court was discussed.

Cronin moved that the Board approve the bid of


approximately $1,600 to cure the drainage problem near Back
Sail Court.

The motion passed after debate.

The Web was discussed and it was suggested a statement be added to


“Update your flash player” and provide a link to do so. It was also suggested
that Facebook be added to the Agenda in future.

Thereafter the Board went into Executive Session.

The meeting adjourned at 8:35 P.M.
