1. To represent me before Regional Trial Court of Balayan Batangas,

its agencies and subsidiaries in relation to the case for Partition and/or
Termination of Co-ownership docketed as Civil Case No. 4617-A

2. To file the necessary Special Proceeding case for the allowance of

the Last Will and Testament, executed by my late husband,
