Vountain a WOVeTS AUIRTA- HITACHI Joint Venture Events Handing over of Hitachi's Zaxis 50U, India's First Zero Tail Swing Excavator to Agra Nagar Nigam Telcon achieved a major breakthrough when it bagged an order for 2 nos of Hitachi Zaxis SOU Hydraulic Excavator from ‘Agra Nagar Nigam. A handing over ceremony was organized by Telcon where the keys of the machines were handed over to Mr Shyam Singh Yadav, Municipal Commissioner-Agra Nagar Nigam and Mr P Tripathi, Deputy Commissioner-Agra Nagar Nigam by Mr Alok Jha, Chief Sales Manager- North, Telcon. The event was graced by various dignitaries of the Nagar Nigam. Also present were Mr Santosh Gupta, Regional Service Manager-North,Telcon, Mr Vishal Parmani and Mr Sachin Chilana, Time Equipment Pvt Itd, Telcon’s Dealer. Mr Shyam Singh Yadav , the Municipal Commissioner, while addressing the press conference stressed the use of the latest technology for providing better amenities to the people. He also said "Gone are the days when the Drains were cleaned manually. He explained that these machines have been procured keeping in mind the development of the town and would help improve hygiene and keep the town clean. With support from Telcon, we will turn things around”. More than 50,000 machines made by Telcon are working across the length and breadth of the country. Recently, Telcon supplied 6 nos Zaxis 670LCH and 2 nos Zaxis 330LC to its very important customer, M/s Madhucon Projects. ‘The machines are deployed at one of the most prestigious Irrigation projects in Andhra Pradesh. They are delivering their promise and ensuring that work on the project is done optimally. Handing over of TATA-HITACH ZAXIS 210 LCH The first TATA-HITACHI ZAXIS 210LCH machine was handed over in the UP region. Mr Ramesh Mishra, M/s Kamadgiri Mouram Udyog owns 4 units of the TATA-HITACHI EX 210LCH-V machines, He is very satisfied with the performance of the existing TATA-HITACHI fleet and wanted to add the latest technology ZAXIS 210LCH to his existing fleet. TATA 315V Loader and 1 no. of TATA TWL 3036 from Gujarat Coke NRE, one of the biggest Coke producers in South India. A handing over ceremony was organized at Telcon's manufacturing facility at Dharwad. Mr KC Naveen Kumar, Chief-Dharwad Plant handed over the symbolic key to Mr Kaushik Mukerjee - Purchase manager & Mr. Vijayreddy - Maintenance Engineer, Gujarat Coke NRE. Telcon Participates in a big way at IMME 2008 The 9th International Mining and Machinery Exhibition, organized by Confederation of Indian Industry (Cll) in association with Ministry of Mines, Ministry of Coal, Government of india was held between Sth-8th November, 2008 at Salk Lake Stadium Grounds, Kolkata. Major Companies in the Mining, Material Handling, Minerals processing, Exploration etc. participated in the exhibition. All important players in this space were present. Telcon, the leaders in the Construction and the Mining Equipment in India participated in a significant way and the display included more than 10 different Equipment. The theme of the Telcon stall at IMME 2008 was "EXPLORING WEALTH. .....ENABLING DEVELOPMENT" The company showcased the latest advancements in the mining industry with emphasis on the latest Products, Equipment and Technology with specific ‘emphasis on Efficiency, Productivity, Safety, and vironment. Events Telcon launched a number of new models which included the TATA TWL 3034, India's First Hydrostatic Wheel Loader, the TATA-HITACHI ZAXIS 370MTH Hydraulic Excavator and Telcon Serviplem Transit Mixer, Apart from these, a range of Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Crane and Compactors were ‘on display. Telcon’s Principals from Hitachi, Tadano, and Hitachi Zosen also attended the event. It was a great opportunity to bond with Existing customers and to establish new relationships. Telcon makes history- sells the 10,000th 20 Ton Class Excavator \ Yet another milestone achieved by the Leaders ! Telcon made history when it sold its 10,000th EX 200LC Hydraulic Excavator to its esteemed customer, MrKathipara Janarthan, President, M/s Tamil Nadu Earthmoving Association. The milestone was reached on the 10th January, 2009. Mr P Ravishankar, Senior GM, Sales & Marketing, felicitated Mr MrKathipara Janarthan by handing over the symbolic key of the 10,000th EX200LC. Mr A Krishnakumar, General Manager, Wheeled Equipments then handed over the Silver Plaque to Mr Janarthan. Mr A. Kulasekaran - High Court Judge and Mr. Machendran, LAS - Transport Commissioner, Chennai also graced the occasion. some of the most rugged terrain across the country- a symbol of trust. Various attachments like Shovel, Clamshell, Orange Peel Grab, Rock Breaker, Crusher, Super Long Front, Long Arm and different buckets for various applications have been designed to address the customer needs. The success of this product has been built on continual investment, tireless innovation and product development. And that is why the EX 200 LC over the years, has stayed ahead and is a doughty warrior in some of the most rugged rain across the country- a symbol of trust. Telcon is the pioneer in Hydraulic Excavators. Starting in 1961 as the Excavator division of Tata Motors at the Jamshedpur plant, the Company made rope shovels and cranes in collaboration with P &H,USA at the time. The first EX 200LC was sold in 1992. The machine soon gained popularity among the customers because of its latest technology and novel features. The machine proved its versatility in a variety of applications which helped gain acceptance in the market. Over the years, keeping in line with the Telcon philosophy of "Customer First’, constant feedback taken from the customers has helped add features, customization and attachments. | Telcon wins the Best Stall Award at Agri Expo 2009, Lucknow ] L AGRI EXPO 2009, a premier show for agriculture industry in India was held at Indian Institute of Sugar Research, Lucknow from 21st-24th February, 2009. The expo provided exposure to farmers about the latest agri-input products, technologies, far 19 practices, government schemes, marketing and post harvest management. The event was Organized by Centre for Agriculture and Rural Development (CARD) Telcon participated in the Expo as Associate Sponsors. The company displayed its Multi Utility Loader, MUL 20 and Backhoe Loader, TATA 315V. Various attachments like Cane Grab, Clamshell, Loader and Backhoe \were also on display. MUL is yet another innovative offering from Telcon to the Agricultural sector. The Multi Utility Loader commonly known as MUL is a Telcon design which is effectively used in handling materials like sand, saw dust, barrels and pallets, sugarcane, wood log, and for farming, minor excavation, plantation ete. In India, currently Tractors are being used for a majority of the Farm applications. Telcon is the only company in India to offer Multi Utility Loaders in this segment and hopes to extend these benefits to the farming community. The Multi Utility Loader generated a lot of curiosity among the Farming community. A Good numbers of enquiries were generated. Telcon also won the best stall award at the Agri Expo. Road Show in Karnataka ‘A toad show was executed by the Bangalore Branch to display the benefits of Zx 50 U and Zx 70 LC to the customers of Mysore, Mandya, Ramnagara, Bangalore and Tumkur. This also was an opportunity to directly interact with many customers in a very short period. Views are exchanged and important ideas are picked up that add value. The road show began in Mysore on the 17th of Feb, near the ‘Mysore Urban Development Authority’. The customers mainly the PWD contractors were curious to know more about the machines and their unique features. The day was big with 81 customers visiting the counters. Day two was as eventfulas the previous day, on the Bangalore- Mysore highway at Mandya. The Customers had come from faraway places like KR pet, Nagamangala and had exhibited high levels of interest in the benefits of machine. Ramnagara, the place which produces the world famous Mysore silk, is one of the young district capitals of the recently formed district. This was the destination of our road show on the third day. The customers were explained the Features, Advantages and Benefits of the machines. Next, it was over to Bangalore, the vibrant capital of the countryThe show ran over two days, the east and north part of the city being covered. East Bangalore was covered at Sarjapur circle, a junction that connects three important hubs of the city. North Bangalore was covered from Yelahanka - a well connected sub-urban hub. The show received a warm response on both days. The show moved to Tumkur on the 25th of February'09. With the backdrop Vin motors - the Tata car dealership, the show happened on the Gubbi high road. Tumkur is one of the mining belts in South Karnataka. The display did make an impact among the visitors, who showed a keen interest in both these machines and the other products from ‘our Range. The last leg of the event had 56 customers, including the MLA of Tumkur. ‘As all good things come to an end, the show ended at Tumkur leaving good memories and a big list of prospects! The CV division of our Tata Motors rendered good support. TATA TG 14 Handing over Telcon, as a Multi Product Company caters to various sectors such as Construction, Mining, Infrastructure ‘and Agriculture. Telcon assiduously takes feedback from its customers and incorporates the same in its products. TATA TG 14 is one such product developed for the discerning customer. Telcon's Motor grader G14 has been developed indigenously and has been successfully tested in various applications in road construction and mine haul road maintenance. The TG14 has been designed to address key factors such as operator comfort and environmental issues like air and noise pollution. Recently, Telcon supplied 2 nos Motor Graders to Mr Rajesh Yadav at Lucknow for Grading of Sub base for Road construction. The machine is working to the expectations of the customer. Handing over Ceremony of 16 TATA 315V to Kolkata Metropolitan | Development Authority Telcon, once again emerged a clear winner amidst stiff competition, when it bagged an order for 16 nos TATA 315 V, Backhoe Loader from Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA). The prestigious order was bagged by M/s P.S Earthmovers Pvt Ltd. Telcon’s dealer at Kolkata through competitive bidding. Ahanding over function was organized where the Senior officials of KMDA were invited. The features and benefits of the TATA 315V Backhoe Loader were explained to the KMDA officials. Mr A Krishnakumar, General Manager, Wheeled Equipments, Telcon was also present during the function and assured the best of services to KMDA from Telcon. The ceremony concluded on a promising note. Yet, another example of Telcon helping build and sustain India's Infrastructure. Building Relationships. Crossing Milestones. \ Telcon, the leader in the Construction and Earthmoving Industry reached yet another Milestone when it crossed the 700th TATA 315V Backhoe Loader and the 3000th TATA-HITACHI EX110 Hydraulic Excavator.To mark this occasion, a handing over ceremony of the milestone machines was organized on the 24th March'09 atTelcon's manufacturing facility in Dharwad. Om this occasion, several key customers Wet@ | invited to Dharwad along with the Dealer ieicon Ca ee Principals and Branch Managers of their respective territories. Mr K C Naveen Kumar, Chief-Dharwad plant, Telcon welcomed the gathering and the plant employees. Mr Ranaveer Sinha, Managing Director, Telcon, Mr P Ravishankar, Senior GM, Sales and Marketing, Telcon, Mr K Kimura, Director-Operations, Mr A Krishnakumar, GM, Sales, Mr M Vijaykumar, Chief of Marketing were present among other senior officers from Telcon. The full range of Equipment offered by TELCON from the Dharwad plant were showcased for the customers in the display area. Ribbons were cut for the milestone machines and a symbolic key and a silver plaque was handed over to each of the customers, They were later invited to speak and each one of them expressed their thanks and appreciation of the support rendered by Telcon. ‘With the 7000th TATA 315V Backhoe Loader and the 3000th TATA-HITACHI EX 110 rolling out, another milestone has been reached in our journey towards growth, Crossing Milestones. | Handing over Ceremony of the 5000th TATA-HITACHI EX 70 India's most popular excavator TATA HITACHI EX70 has surpassed yet another milestone, with the 5000th machine having rolled out in the month of March 2009. The machine was rolled out on 10.03.2009 from Dharward Plant to our Nagpur Dealer M/s. UIETS. UIETS in turn delivered this machine to Mr. Amit Uttarwar of Yavatmal. The machine was handed over to customer on 17.03.2009 at his jobsite. The key handing over ceremony was jointly organized by Telcon & M/s UIETS at customer site in Ralegaon, Yavatmal district. Telcon customers in the Yavatmal district were invited for the ceremony. Among others, the function was attended by: 1) Mr. Borsai, Executive Engineer, Irigation department. Yavatmal. 2) Mr.5 D Bhoyer, President of Contactor Association, Yavatmal. 3) Mr. Dudhai, Sarpanch, Mahalgaon. 4) Mr. BV Garbhailai, Corporator, Yavatmal. Telcon was represented by Mr. J Ray, Branch Manager, Nagpur, Mr. Deepmani Kumar, Asst. Manager, Sales, Nagpur, Md. Sheikh, GM, UIETS Nagpur and the team from UIETS. The key was handed over to Mr. Amit Uttarwar by Mr. Borsai and a momento was presented by Mr.S J Ray. After the key handing over ceremony, a puja was performed and the machine was put into operation.
