R I S Christie is a national research company who is currently conducting a national research study for the

Government of Canada.

The research is in the form of a group discussion led by a moderator.

Length of group------2 hours

Payment to participants------- $135.00. ( also refreshments will be served.)

Purpose of the group--- to get feedback from parents or legal guardians of a person with a disability re some
communication material the Government will be developing that will provide information on a government
program available to people with a disability .

Qualifications------- Must be parent or legal guardian of a person age 1 to 49 years old with a disability
who is eligible for the Disability Tax Credit.( Does not matter if the disability person resides in their
household or not.)

Must have claimed the Disability Tax Credit (also called the Disability Amount ) on the most recent federal
income tax return.(Either person with the disability or for whom this has been claimed on their behalf by
parent or guardian.)

There are a few occupational disqualifications, which can be addressed at time of initial contact.
