According to the certificate of service on the plaintiffs amended complaint, undersigned was served with a copy ofthe plaintiffs amended complaint on November 7, 2007, but the address listed on the certificate of service does not reference Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, Inc. and the undersigned did not receive a copy of the amended complaint until November 2 2007 when she received a faxed copy (that is missing a case number) from an elder care ‘worker assisting the defendant, Margaret Massey, who apparently received a copy of the amended complaint in the mail as service was made at the defendant's address upon “unknown Parties in possessio 2. For the above reason and because the undersigned is scheduled and will be out of state through December 3, 2007, Defendant Margaret Massey requests that the Court grant said defendant until and including December 10, 2007 to file her response to the Plaintiff's amended Complaint. 3.
