Points of Interest From Reis Milwaukee Net Apartment Absorption


• T he Milwaukee apartment market is arguably the most
stable commercial real estate sector in 2009 and 2010. 200

• In the first quarter of 2010, the negative net absorption rate

but this could also be attributed to seasonal weakness.

this increase seems trivial, in a market of negative rates, this is quite positive.
