Agenda Item No. 1: Meeting Opening And Welcomes

The meeting was opened by the Chair and began with the approval of the agenda. The Chair
welcomed all members to the meeting of the sport day, and in particular those new members who
have recently been appointed to the board; Mrs. Nadia Binti Jamak, Mr. Wahid Bin Kamal and Mr.
Karim Bin Bujang.

The Chair then expressed her thanks on behalf of the body to Datuk Azhar Ali, Minister of Sport, for
hosting the dinner for the meeting members the previous evening. She also thanked the Secretary-
General (SG) for his personal enthusiasm and commitment to Sport Day meeting and these
sentiments were echoed by all the members.

Action:

 Chair to write to SG thanking him on behalf of the meeting members for his
personal commitment and support for the body and its work (Chair/Secretariat).

Agenda Item No. 2: Minutes Of Last Meeting

The minutes of the previous meeting held on 04 August 2010 in Serdang were approved by the
meeting and the Chair expressed her thanks to Secretariat for drafting them.

Agenda Item No.3: Matters arising from last meeting

It was agreed that the matters arising would be covered under the Work Plan 2009-10 progress
report. Secretariat then gave an update on the two vacant membership positions. The committee
members are recommend a potential candidate. Through their excellent working, the committee
members has provided some suggestions for a potential candidate but it was agreed that further
enquiries should be made within the members.

Action:

 Committee to provide a recommendation for a potential candidate (Encik Hamzah / En.

Hamran)
 Secretariat to make enquiries with other contacts.
