Motivation and Capacity

My motivation joining SPE is to accomplish my self actualization. As we know, self

actualization is the top of human needs and is great passion to share, do the best for people
and society arround us. Since i will work and live at petroleum professional areas, SPE will
be the best palace for me accomplishing my self actualization in the world of petroleum
industry for now. Then, as the youngster who have dream to become most wanted and
most needed man in the petroleum world, i need so much inspiration and dreams from the
other petroleum students/professionals who join SPE too, to enrich and develop my dream
vision.

I am well managed people, it means i can manage my tasks, my organization time

and the most proper way to arrange it, and when i said i could manage myself, i also mean i
could manage people that i must manage. And i think it will be valuable thing for
Membership Division. Then i am a fast learner too, it’s not only mean i can learn and adapt
something fats, but it also mean i can teach and share what i’ve got to others fast. That will
be precious thing for Paper Development Division
