CORRELATED WITH JOB SATISFACTION OF THE NON TEACHING
STAFF.

• THE EFFECT OF ESSENTIAL VARIABLES ON JOB SATISFACTION IS


MORE SIGNIFICANT THAN NON ESSENTIAL VARIABLE.

• THE INSTITUTIONAL POLICIY ALSO EFFECT ON JOB SATISFACTION.

• THE AUTHORITIES MUST TAKE INTEREST IN THE WORK DONE BY


SUBORDINATES.
CONCLUSION
• THE ESSENTIAL VARIABLES AFFECT MORE ON THE JOB SATISFACTION
OF NON TEACHING STAFF, AND TECHNICAL STAFF.

• AUTHORITIES MUST MODIFY THE LAW AND POLICIES OF INSTITUTIONS


TO THE OPTIMUM EXTENT.

• THE PERIODICALLY TRAINING ACTIVITIES RELATING TO THE NON


TEACHING STAFF CAN INCREASE THEIR PERFORMANCE.
