On 9/30/2010 after careful consideration of the evidence, the Ohio Elections Commission adopted
Philip C. Ril:hter the following finding(s) in the above referenced matter:

THE COMMISSION FOUND NO VIOLATION OF RC.§3517,20.

If the decision in this case involves the imposition of'a speoific fine amount, payment of the fine
must be made no later than 30 days after the date of this letter. Payment should be made payable and sent to
the Ohio Elections Commission Fund at the above address. Unpaid fines will be sent to the Ohio Attorney
General for collection.

If the disposition of this case involves a daily fine amount, you must contact the office in which you
file your campaign finance reports and file the report. In addition, to have the daily fine reconsidered, you
must file a notarized statement with the Commission. The filings and affidavit must be received within 30
days after the date of this letter. All properly notarized affidavits must include a statement above the notary
public IS signature that the document was "sworn to and liped" in the presence of the notary public and the
date on which it was done.

If the decision in this case does not involve the imposition of a fine, there is no further action
required of you by the Commission.

H the decision in this case is adverse to you, this case may be appealed pursuant to Ohio
Re~isedCode 1119.12. A Notice of Appeal must be filed within U days after the mailing of this
Order. The Notice must be illed with the Commission and also at the Clerk's offlce for the Franklin
County Court of Conunon Pleas,
