Abstract

This report is meant to describe and accentuate all the features and the
procedures followed while designing the project. This report mentions the
minutia of the project how it is designed, the primary requirement, and the
procedures followed in achieving these objectives.

It is very essential for an Institute to handle the Examinations results.

Examination results are an integral part of every institute. Currently the
Examination Department staff feeds all data into excel sheet .Results are
displayed. Students can view their result from the entire list. Results are
printed and maintained.

The project will eliminate all the manual intervention and increase the speed
of whole process. It facilitates online information filling, with inbuilt
validation system to validate the entered data. On successful submission, it
calculates result of each student. Student can login to view their result . The
results are stored for further use. This project reduces time delay in the
entire procedure and raises the standard of accuracy.

The idea of project holds from the inconvenience caused to the exam
department as well as the students. Requirement for the same is collected
from the exam department staff.
