Taxes

"Sub Contractor" and or "Engineer/Operator" assumes full and exclusive liability

fOf payment (which shall not be passed on to "End User" or "Agent") of all levies,
charges and contributions, including but not limited to, income tax, unemployment
insurance, pensions, national insurance and social seCurity benefits as imposed by
any local and/or national Governments, whether or not they are measured by
reference to Fees or other remuneration paid to "Sub Contractor" and or
"Engineer/Operator"
in consideration for the services carried out under this agrrm;nt and shall report and
pay such taxes and contributions directly and otherwise c~mply with the law.
DRUGS Many client locations practice random or scheduled tests for drugs and alcohol.
In the event of any Consultants being penalised or sent home due to failure of any such
tests, it is agreed and understood that fees due to Engineer/Operator may be forfeit up to
100% offees due, and Engineer/Operator may also be held liable for costs of travel. This
will be implemented on reciprocal basis with the terms imposed by End User on Agent in
each case.

Accommodation
Hotel or Portacabin type. Food and drink provided
Invoice Details
Payment on all invoices will be initiated within thirty days of their receipt at our
offices, providing they are correct and accompanied with a full compliment of all
relevant documentation including full bank co-ordinates. Bank transfer charges are for
payee's account.
