    Designation: First Aider in terms of General Safety Regulation 3

    As you are the holder of a valid first aid certificate, you are hereby designated as the
    first aider for the abovementioned store.

    Kindly ensure that your certificate remains valid. We will endeavour to keep you
    properly trained. Please report all injuries and/or treatment to management and see
    to it that the first aid box is always adequately stocked by replacing any material
    used.
