Tell Ricky's Brooklyn:

“No More Ahava Cosmetics!”

Tuesday, October 26, 2010, 5:30 p.m.

Ricky's, 107 Montague Street
Brooklyn Heights
(between Henry and Hicks)
Pink Spa Attire Recommended but Not Required--bathrobes, towels,
bikinis, etc.
Take the 2, 3, 4, 5 trains to Borough Hall, exit at Montague Street
and walk two blocks toward the river.

Ahava’s promise of "Beauty Secrets from the Dead Sea" is hiding the ugly truth. Don't let
the "made in Israel" sticker fool you. Ahava’s products are produced at a factory in the
illegal settlement of Mitzpe Shalem in the Occupied Palestinian West Bank. They are made
from Palestinian natural resources illegally taken from the Dead Sea.
When you buy Ahava products you help finance the destruction of hope for a peaceful and
just future for both Israelis and Palestinians.
We are picketing Ricky’s store in Brooklyn to bring the message to shoppers. Help us tell
Ricky’s not to carry Ahava products.
