Mechian Projects has developed an Innovative Idea of an Agriculture Business. With an

objective of encouraging agriculture in the country this business is expected to attract investors
who are interested in creating a lifetime returning asset value from agriculture as well as a
permanent employment opportunity in the evergreen agriculture industry. Entry to the business is
to be offered for investors who look for low to medium investment capitals, 2L – 5L INR hence
partnering with Green Farms.

Since investment is made in land, a piece of land is transferred as a guarantee after a partnership
between Green Farms & the Investor. The agricultural land is to be cultivated by Green Farms
with suitable crops based on the geography. Exiting the business by an investor is offered only
by returning of the investment, while no land will be signed off in the name of the investor.

Operations

Investments made will be converted to an agricultural land or agriculture plan. Suitable crops for
cultivation will be taken up by Green Farms and cultivation is also the responsibility of Green
Farms. Green Farm may avail the services of Farmers to take up cultivation. Financial Model can
be worked out for suitability. On cultivation Green Farm may take up sale of the crop in the open
market or may perform sales through dealers.

Financials & Organization Structure

Green Farm generates the revenue on selling the crops in the market. Revenue is accrued at a
national level. Costs of the organization elements including farmers will be fixed based on a
specific standard scale, which will be reduced from the national revenue hence paid on a monthly
basis as salary. Optimized operational costs will be reduced from the national revenue and
further profits will be declared.

Profit division is based on the investment ratio on the total capital employed. Green Farms will
be the Business Partner with multiple investors hence all investors including Green Farms will be
stake holders to the Business. Other Financial models can be developed based on a feasibility
study.
