 Treat haemo / pneumothorax
 Assess Abdomen with DPA and/FAST
 Chest and Pelvic X-Ray

Aggressive Volume Resuscitation

Minor Bleeding (Intermitten) Major Bleeding (Persistent)

 Enteroclysis
Stable Unstable
 Enteroscopy
 Capsule Endoscopy

Tagged RBC Fluid resus to maintain systolic

Scan BP 80-90 mmHg. . Maintain

the systolic blood pressure >90
(+) (-) mmHg for traumatic brain
injury.
Initiate Repeat EGD/
appropriate Colonoscopy if Angiography and
therapy rebleeds Treatment

Laparotomy Continue fluid resus

(maintain SBP 80-90 mmHg)

Keep patient warm. SBP >80 mmHg SBP <70 mmHg
