CHOUX PASTE

Prepare Choux Paste according to recipe . Pipe rosette or oblong shape approx. 40 gms
each . Place in a lightly greased tray and bake at 190ْ C for approx. 23 mins. When cool
decorate as desired with Bakels Non Dairy Cream .

METHOD
Place all ingredients in mixing bowl, using a whisk , mix on low speed for 1 min. follow by
high speed for further 7 mins.
