AIM:
To Familiar in Mail Merge Functions.
PROCEDURE:
STEP 2: Choose Tools Menu Letters & Mailings Mail Merge and Select
Letters.
STEP 3: Select Starting Document and Select Use the Current Document
And click Select Recipients and Click Type a New List and select
Create and Open New Address List and Enter Address Information.
STEP 4: After Entering Address Information and Save the Data Source.
STEP 6: Select All and Choose Insert Merge Fields and choose the Menu of
Merge to New Documents.
