2 HYDRAULICS
2.1 MECHANICALLY-ACTUATED 300 and 301 Series M-SCVs can basically be used in
SELECTIVE CONTROL VALVES - all positions, but if possible they should be installed on
the left hand side (M-SCV at pos. 1 or 2). When
M-SCV installing them on the right hand side (M-SCV at pos.
3 or 4), an additional parts kit is necessary.
M-SCV Identification
• 100 or 101 Series (Standard): mechanically
actuated, with fixed cap
• 200 or 201 Series (DeLuxe): mechanically
actuated, with three operating positions
• 300 or 301 Series (Super DeLuxe): mechanically
actuated, with three operating positions
100 Series M-SCV
The M-SCVs provide a full range of features which

gives the flexibility to operate all hydraulic equipment
on the farm. The M-SCVs are located at the rear of the
tractor, at either side of the hitch valve. ISO scs are
mounted to each M-SCV.
Three different M-SCV versions are available: This valve features:
100 resp. 101 Series, 200 resp. 201 Series or 300 resp. • A 4 position lever control that is detented as
301 Series. standard
• Flow of up to 60 l/min is available through the
100, 200 and 300 Series M-SCVs can only be used valve
with PFC hydraulic system with axial piston pump. • Removable detent collar
101, 201 and 301 Series M-SCVs can only be used • 4-way operation

Power Beyond Plate
Power beyond allows the use of the tractor pump to
power implements that have ICV (independent control
valves) or orbital motors. For functions requiring
additional hydraulic power, the power beyond plate
replaces the fourth SCV. Pressure return and load
sensing ports are provided for hook-up of additional
equipment, such as ICV, front loader etc.

In addition to the Power Beyond plate this kit includes
two female and two male couplers, two hydraulic
lines, dust protection and hardware. ICV’s controlled

2.3 ELECTRICALLY-ACTUATED
SELECTIVE CONTROL VALVE -
E-SCV
The electrically-actuated SCVs with adjustable flow
rates and timed detents are exclusively available for
the 6020 Series John Deere Premium Plus cab models .
A programmable electronic controller controls SCV
functions via a solenoid in each valve. The valve has
no direct control linkage. Out of this result the
following advantages:
• Eases operator effort, reducing shift forces and
fatigue in repetitive operations.
• Reduced wear of parts and lower maintenance
costs.
SCV controls are located in the Command ArmTm for
easier operation. Valve can easily be re-programmed
from the operator’s seat for different implements or
variable conditions. Information on valve status is
displayed on the LCD display, located on the center
dashboard unit.
E-SCVs
The E-SCV field installation kit contains in addition to

the E-SCV parts as well the needed actuating

new sheet metal storage container offers additional space,

upper trailer hitch.
John Deere now offers the solution - the hitch holder
for the upper wagon hitch. The holder is a convenient
solution that can easily be mounted within minutes
onto all kinds of front weights with coupling recess.
The wagon hitch can easily be affixed and is stored in
a convenient height you can reach without stooping.
The holder is adjusted with two fixing screws that
again can be adjusted in two widths depending on the
weight the holder has been mounted onto.

John Deere Pick Up Hitch

The John Deere Pick-up Hitch provides one-man
hitching with excellent visibility. The hitch can be
hydraulically adjusted in length and height for
coupling trailers or trailed implements, even under
difficult working conditions like uneven ground, very
low placed trailers, etc.
Two different coupling devices are available:

Security door lock kit

Locking the cab with an individual key, different from
the standard ignition key, is helpful for many different
applications of the tractor. John Deere therefore offers
the Security door lock field installation kit. It features
an individual key system that prevents misuse of the
standard ignition key. This field kit provides individual
security by individual keys for all equipment kept
inside the cab. The kit comes with four keys, in case of
damage or loss a blank key can be ordered.
