Abstract

In this electronics world,automation is abuzzwor.since it is applied in all

industrial application in order to reduce human errors,cost,consumption
and to increase efficiency and accuracy.

In titan industry while manufacturing watches invoves various

operations.the primary process is the main plate assembly.in this metal
stud is to be riveted to a plastic material calles klotz.initially the product
was done mechanically.this leads to following divisions like

 Increase human errors

 Increase cost consumption
 Less productivity
 Increase production time
