A person whose name is Rajeev was going to deliver certain goods on the date
of 12- 03-2010 and on the same day there was a rally of a political party and
because of this rally whole city was flooded by people and all the roads were
jammed by traffic which is why he choose an alternate way which passed
through a market. When he reached on that way he found that this way was also
jammed because one of the customer parked his car on the road and went for
shopping. Also nobody could find him, after a long time when the person did
not came, the people started to check the car and found that the driving licence
of the person in the car by which they came to know that the car was owned by
the person named Suneel.

Due to this jam Rajeev was unable to deliver the goods on time and suffered a
huge loss and also his market reputation is lowered by this and to recover his
loss Rajeev filed a suit of damages.

So, a plaint regarding suit for damages by n uisance is prepared

which is as follows.

Rajeev, Son of Mr. Rakesh Srivastava, aged 22 years, resident of Lalbagh,
Lucknow.

  

Suneel, son of Rajneesh Kumar, aged about 24 years, resident of Daliganj,
Lucknow.

 The above named plaintiff state the following: -

(i) That Rajeev was going to deliver goods.

(ii) That all the roads were blocked on that day due to a rally of a political party.

(iii) That Suneel parked his car on road in a wrong manner .

(iv) That Suneel was absent after parking his car for a long time .

(v) That due to the act of Suneel, Rajeev was unable to deliver the goods on
time and, so he suffered loss of money and his market reputation .

(vi) That the above stated facts occurred on 12-03-2010 within the jurisdiction
of this Hon¶ble Court.

(vii) That a claim of damage of Rs.20,000/ - is being prayed before this Hon¶ble
Court.

(viii) That a court fees of Rs.1200/- has been paid as laid down by law.

(ix) That the claim is made with the prescribed period of limitation.
 Wherefore it is prayed that a decree of the said amount may be
passed in favour of the plaintiff¶s and against the defendant.
