SCOPE

 The scope of the study is very wide and ever expanding. And the study also suggests
the measures for improvement on certain area of parameters.
 The scope of the study has been limited to 60 samples. This survey uses random
sampling technique.
 The study covers various factors responsible for employee satisfaction namely
working atmosphere, monetarily and non-monetary benefits offered by the
management, level of stress encountered by the employees, performance appraisal.
 The study presents the actual feelings of the employees, both their positive and their
negative views about the organization which will serve as guidelines for the
management to take steps awarding to improve, the satisfaction level of the
