These actions authorize an estoppel by lection, by not affording all choices available to the defendant, thus denying the defendant his freedom of choice.” 2. Mark Howard entered the plea against the commands of the defendant. Mark Howard misrepresented the defendant. Mark Howard was representing the court’s wishes not the defendant demands. 4. The plea entered by Mark Howard is an invalid plea. It is not from the defendant but from Mark Howard. Mark Howard misrepresented the defendant so bad for the short time he was the in the defendant's camp that the defendant had no choice but to release him. DEFENDANT ENTERS SPECIAL PLEA 5.
