STATEMENT OF WORK
JOB TITLE: PST Driver
REPORTS TO: Logistics Coordinator
Coordinates with: Training Manager; Logistics Coordinator, other drivers and PST staff

Position Summary:
The PST driver will provide safe and reliable transportation of staff and PC trainees within
Armenia. And the driver will:
a) Drive his personal vehicle for PST program as requested by PST Director and
his/her designees.
b) Maintain a valid driver’s license, liability insurance accident-free driving record for
the entire contract term.
c) Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition for duration of the contract.
d) Practice safe driving at all times.
e) Provide regular maintenance and small repairs on vehicle as well as wash/clean the
vehicle as needed.
f) Advise Logistics coordinator, with sufficient notice, regarding technical condition
of the vehicle which may prohibit the vehicle form being used according to the
contract.
g) Ensure that in the event the vehicle is not operable, at any time during the contract
term, the vehicle is replaced with an equal or better vehicle for the duration.
h) Ensure that the vehicle is properly serviced and has full tank of fuel every day
especially prior to travel outside the PST site.
i) Ensures that fuel purchased will only be used for PST transport and travel to and
form the PST site and place of residence. Ensure that fuel receipts submitted are
true and accurate and for the vehicle driven by the driver.
j) Deliver mail, boxes and other supplies for PST program
k) Help Logistics coordinator and his assistant in logistical arrangements during PST
operations.
l) Perform other related duties as assigned by PST Logistics coordinator.
This contract will not exceed 120 days of full time work and will probably be less as the initial
contract days are not full days/weeks. The contract period is March 15 through 15 September,
2011. However, the actual number of days worked will be determined by the Training
Manager and the Administrative Officer in accordance with the budget and the identified
program needs. An attachment “B” will be added with a list of the work days per week/month
for the contract term.

Required Qualifications Valid

Driver’s license, excellent driving skills, minimum ten years of driving experience and
Vehicle seatbelts for at least four seats
