which is involved in refurbishment and reconditioning works of machinery and machine
tools, from May 1986 to April 1987.

Her job duties broadly included active involvement in human resource areas concerning
staff welfare and training, day to day administration, budgeting, accounting and
procurement.

Her activities covered, assisting in various functions like:-

• Liasoning with clients in respect of on-going assignments with a view to

maximizing client satisfaction.
• Reaching out to prospective clients and speedily acting on and processing
incoming client requests, for our professional services.
• Identifying training needs of staff and facilitating their conduct.

payments to suppliers and follow up on payments, for completed orders.
• Also assist the concerned departments in budget planning with key focus on
minimizing avoidable outlays.

Miss Shanti Rao Hejmadi is a very positive and enthusiastic person and ours being a
