Identify a company of your own choice and give detail analysis about it in the required
format

1) Identify and give the blue print of the production layout. By using the learning curve find
out the efficient usage of the resources (Capital, Labour, Material, etc).
2) Identify the inventory control of company and give a detail analysis by using the various
inventory control techniques (LIFO, FIFO, ABC, etc).
3) Identify the Quality Control Measures and give your opnion about the reduction of
wastages.
