Dear Friend and Supporter,
We hope Spring is coming to your house! Today we are
expecting almost 80 degrees. We hope you are enjoying the
presence of Jesus in your life these days. He is our strong
defense in every time of difficulty and temptation.
We are thankful for a number of answered prayers. One day
during family prayers, the smoke detector went off. We
opened our eyes to see the room half full of smoke! Myrtle
had been making homemade pancake syrup and it caught
fire. We praise God there was no damage except to the
bottom of the kettle which I had to scour.
In Egypt the believers are strong in spite of threats. They
had the opportunity of witnessing to 2000 Orthodox and
Muslim people as they showed the Love of God to those who
had lost loved ones in the recent battles with the govern-
ment. The white stone wall around the Prayer Mountain land
has been finished—two miles of it. Pastor Dr. Saied Ibrahim
phoned his thanks to all who contributed to that need for
protection from several thousand prisoners who were
released in the midst of the battles for freedom of speech.
However, the government ordered a 15% increase in
salaries, this month. The planting of churches is continuing
with joy.
We are pleased to report that our
book, “Adventures of the Leroy
Adams Family in East Africa,” has
been printed. Several people are
already enjoying it. One is waiting
for you. You can order directly from

challengingAs I write my wife, Myrtle, is seeking an airline ticket to Florida so I can attend the
celebration of our long time friend and fellow missionary, Eugene Tierney. He went to
be with his Savior this morning. We appreciate your prayers for his family.
Myrtle’s pacemaker is giving her more energy than she had. The incision is healing quite
well. Thank you for your prayers for her also.
Thank you for your prayers,
Leroy and Myrtle Adams
