    Motion for Referral to Mediation

    1. As stated above, this is POLSKY’s primary/homestead residence.

    2. POLSKY is desirous of keeping the subject property.

    3. Florida Supreme Court in Administrative Order 09-54, mandates that all homestead

    foreclosure lawsuits filed after March 1, 2010 be sent to mediation prior to any final order being

    issued.

    4. Accordingly, the undersigned hereby requests this matter be referred to Mediation in

    accordance with this mandate, and pursuant to Fla.R.Civ.P. 1.700, Chapter 44 Florida

    Statutes and applicable Local Rules.
