• GI: duodenal/anorectal atresia, imperf anus, small left
colon synd
• GU: ureteral duplication, renal agensis, hydronephrosis,
hypospadius, abnl genitalisa
• MSK: caudal regression, hemivertebrae, limb defects
 White’s Classification
• A: abnl GTT ant any age or any duration Rx by diet
alone.
– A1/A2: gestational
• B: onset >20yrs, duration <10yrs
• C: onset 10-19yrs, duration 10-19yrs
• D: onset <10yrs, duration >20yrs
– D1-5: vellse disease, retinopathy, htn
