Venue : Computer Centre, Top Floor Date : Saturday 23rd April 2011 Time : 09:00 a.m. – 01:00 p.m. Identification : ID-Card (Mandatory) Voting Method : 1. At the entrance to the Computer Centre, show your ID Card and sign on the roll sheet. 2. Inside the Computer Centre (Upstairs) take the terminal assigned to you, log in using the your Access Code (to be given for BTech 8th semester, MTech(R) and PhD students) / Password (for all other students) and choose your candidates. 3. This is a “NO PREFERENCE” option, which is default. 4. There are in total 32 votes to be cast – 4 society’s × 4 constituencies × 2 representatives each. 5. Vote must be cast in pairs (Primary + Secondary). Only primary or only secondary will not be accepted. 6. One pair (Primary + Secondary) must be chosen. 7. You are to select 32 candidates failing which your ballot will be incomplete and become invalid. 7. Click Submit at the end. 8. Use your judgment. Say NO to ALLIANCE. 9. Results will be announced on Saturday afternoon. 10. Profiles of all candidates have been posted on NITR website (under SAC Election 2011).
