Generally, contract form which made by service user party and service

provider in implementing construction contract is written format. Because

which made such contract is Owner party which supported by planning

Consultant. From this condition arise many advantages and disadvantage

cases for service provider. Refer to government regulation about

is most profitable and most unprofitable. So to know Advantage and

Disadvantage of third construction contract writer distributes 38 set

questionnaires. Each one project is given 2 set questionnaire s, and filling

the questionnaire is performed by service user or owner and project

manager from service provider or contractor which considered dominate

about contract matter in their project. In fact, from survey result in field

from 19 project, there are 14 projects owner (service user) which choose

contract in form the Lump Sump Compensation compared with two other

contracts such as Unit Price contract and Cost Contract Plus-Service

because its amount unbalan ced, writer can¶t make comparison it. So from

survey result in filed, writer concludes analytically about argumentation

why service user (owner) likely choose Lump sump incentive, there are

many reasons viewed from advantage side, such as: cost aspect (100%),

financial aspect (100%), risk aspect (100%), and legal aspect (33,33%).
