DISCUSSIONS:

The meeting started at 1:00 pm which was presided by President, Pastora Leonora Zata.
It was agreed by the Board Members present that there will be no revisions on the Articles of Incorporation. The
same information on the GIS will be submitted to the Security and Exchange Commission with the 2010 JILAS
Financial Statements. for renewal of registration.

The president also discussed about the visions and dreams for the year 2010 and 2011.
1) Crusade concert for annual anniversary celebration.
2) Launching of Kids Ministry
3) Training for Praise and Worship team
4) Leadership training and seminars for members
5) Youth development, care ministry and evangelism
6) Prayer and fasting for the realization of our dreams and visions.

Second anniversary celebration was successfully celebrated on the last Sunday of March. Certificate of recognition
and gifts has been awarded to faithful members of the church. Free lunch was provided for all attendees.

The Kids Ministry has been launched last February 2011 by Pastora Flordeliza Aldaya and Sister Charisse Guera
every Sunday at 2pm to 5pm.

Training for Praise and worship team every Saturday at 1pm to 5pm by Sister Kismeth Dimaala, Sis Rona Zata,
Bro. James Gochangco and Nick Gochangco.

Care Ministry and Evangelism by Pastor Joseph Chua and Pastora Mercy Aldaya.
Prayer and fasting every last week of the month by all elders and members.

This coming Holy Week, April 22, 2011, there will be a seven last word exhortation by the following : Sister Juliet
Tacata, Pastor Joseph Chua, Pastora Mercy Aldaya, Pastora Ruth Olaya, Bro. Francis Condez, Sister Jean Espin
and Bro. Ronald Catayoc.

No other matters have been discussed and the meeting was adjourned at 2:30p.m.
