‫ولد "ألكسندر بيل" في إدنبرة باسكتلندا في ‪ 3‬مارس عام ‪ 1847‬كانت عائلته تقطن في‬

‫منزل في ‪ 16‬شارع شارلوت بالمنطقة الجنوبية‪ +‬منه‪ +،‬إدنبرة‪ ،‬وكان له شقيقان هما "ميلفيل‬
‫‪" .‬جيمس بيل" و"إدوارد تشارلز بيل‬

‫‪":‬أول اختراع قدمه "بيل‬

‫عندما كان طفالً صغي ًرا‪ ،‬كان لدى "ألكسندر جراهام بيل" نزعة قوية لمعرفة واكتشاف كل‬
‫شيء يحيط به في العالم الخارجي من حوله‪ ،‬األمر الذي أدى إلى قيامه بتجميع‪ .‬عينات من‬
‫النباتات إلجراء التجارب عليها وكان ذلك في مرحلة مبكرة من عمره‪ .‬ولكن "بين هيردمان"‬
‫كان صديقه المقرب وهو أحد أبناء أسرة مجاورة لهم كانت لديها طاحونة لصنع الدقيق وكان‬
‫هذا هو حال العديد من المشروعات في بدايتها في هذا الوقت‪ .‬وسأل الصغير "أليك" عن‬
‫كيفية العمل في الطاحونة وألمور التي ينبغي مراعاتها‪.‬‬

‫فقيل له إن القمح يتم طحنه من خالل القيام بعملية شاقة تتطلب المزيد من الكد والجهد‪.‬‬
‫وعندما بلغ "بيل" الثانية‪ .‬عشرة من عمره‪ ،‬ابتكر آلة صنعها بيده في البيت لتحريك األعمدة‬
‫الدوارة التي يوجد بها مجموعات من فرشاة األظافر وبذلك فإنه ابتكر آلة بسيطة لطحن القمح‬
‫والتي تم تشغيلها واستخدمت لفترة زمنية استمرت عدة سنوات‪ .‬وفي المقابل‪ ،‬منح "جون‬
‫هيردمان" الفتيان فرصة إدارة ورشة صغيرة يمكنهم من خاللها اختراع وابتكار كل ما هو‬
‫جديد‪ .‬ومنذ سنواته‪ .‬األولى‪ ،‬أبدى "بيل" مدى تأثره باألشياء من حوله ومدى موهبته‪ .‬في الفن‬
‫والشعر والموسيقى كل هذا بمساندة وتشجيع والدته‪ .‬ودون تلقيه أي تدريب رسمي‪ ،‬فإنه‬
‫تفوق في العزف على آلة البيانو وأصبح بذلك عازف البيانو األول في األسرة‪ .‬على الرغم من‬
‫أنه كان يتسم بالهدوء وكثرة التأمل والتفكير العميق‪ ،‬فإنه كان يجد متعة شديدة في المحاكاة‬
‫والخداع الصوتي المماثل للتكلم من البطن الذي دائ ًما ما يُعجب ضيوف‪ .‬العائلة‪ .‬كما تأثر‬
‫"بيل" للغاية بصمم والدته الذي أصابها بشكل تدريجي (حيث إنها بدأت بضعف سمعها عندما‬
‫بلغ الثانية عشرة من عمره)‪ ،‬كما أنه تمكن من تعلم لغة اإلشارة ولذلك فإنه كان يستطيع‪.‬‬
‫مجالستها والتحدث معها في صمت من خالل هذه اإلشارات التي كانت تدوي في أرجاء البيت‪.‬‬
‫كما عمل "بيل" على تطوير تقنية‪ .‬بسيطة للتحدث بوضوح واستطاع توجيه طبقة الصوت‬
‫مباشرةً إلى رأس أمه ثم تعديلها والتي من خاللها تتمكن من سماعه بشكل واضح نسبيًا‪.‬‬
‫فدفعه اهتمامه الكبير بإصابة والدته بالصمم ‪ -‬األمر الذي أصبح شغله الشاغل ‪ -‬إلى دراسة‬
‫علم الصوتيات‪ .‬لقد ارتبطت عائلته إلى حد كبير بتدريس‪ .‬أساليب التخاطب‪ ،‬حيث كان جده‬
‫"ألكسندر بيل" في لندن وعمه في دبلن وأبيه في إدنبرة كانوا جمي ًعا متخصصين في تصحيح‬
‫النطق وتعليم الكالم للصم والبكم‪ .‬ولوالده العديد من األعمال المتعلقة بالتخاطب والنطق والتي‬
‫قام بنشرها‪ ،‬ومعظمها ال يزال معروفًا حتى اآلن‪ ،‬ونخص بالذكر ‪The Standard‬‬
‫‪ Elocutionist (1860) Mackay 1997‬وغير ذلك من األعمال التي ظهرت في إدنبرة في‬
‫عام ‪ . 1868‬لقد ظهر ‪ The Standard Elocutionist‬من خالل ‪ 168‬نسخة بريطانية‪.‬‬
‫وتجاوزت مبيعاته ربع مليون نسخة في الواليات المتحدة األمريكية وحدها‪ .‬وفي هذا الكتاب‪،‬‬
‫شرح والده األساليب التي توضح كيفية تعليم الصم والبكم (كما يطلق عليهم) التلفظ بالكلمات‬
‫بوضوح وقراءة الحركات التي تبدو على شفاه اآلخرين حتى يتوصلوا إلى المعنى المراد‪ .‬كما‬
‫لم يقم والده بتعليمه هو وإخوته كيفية كتابة الكالم المرئي (‪ )Visible Speech‬فحسب‪ ،‬بل‬
‫إنه قام بتعليمهم كيفية تحديد أي رمز وتعريفه ومعرفة أي صوت يصاحبه‪ .‬وأصبح "جراهام‬
‫بيل" (أليك كما كانوا يلقبونه)‪ .‬بارعًا جدًا ألنه أصبح جز ًءا من الممارسات والتجارب العامة‬
‫التي أسهم بها والده في هذا المجال‪ ،‬كما أنه أدهش الجميع عندما أبدى قدراته الخارقة في فك‬
‫رموز باللغة الالتينية‪ .‬أو اللغة الغيلية التي ينطق بها السلتيون الذين يسكنون مرتفعات‬
‫اسكتلندا أو حتى اللغة الهندية القديمة‪ .‬وفي وقت الحق‪ ،‬وجهت "سارة فولر" (‪Sarah‬‬
‫‪ ،)Fuller‬مديرة مدرسة‪ .‬بوسطن للصم والبكم (‪The Boston School for Deaf‬‬
‫‪ ،)Mutes‬دعوة لوالده (وهذه المدرسة ما زالت موجودة حتى اآلن ولكنها يطلق عليها‬
‫مدرسة مان هوراس العامة للصم في مدينة بوسطن بوالية ماساتشوستس‪ .‬بالواليات المتحدة‬
‫األمريكية‪ ،.‬لكي يقدم برنامج‪ .‬الكالم المرئي من خالل تدريب المدرسين العاملين بمدرسة فولر‪،‬‬
‫ولكنه رفض هذه الوظيفة لصالح ابنه‪ .‬وإثر سفره إلى مدينة‪ .‬بوسطن في إبريل عام ‪،1871‬‬
‫ب منه أن يعيد‬ ‫نجح "بيل" في تقديم الخدمات للمعلمين في المدرسة‪ .‬ونتيجةً لذلك‪ ،‬كان قد طُلِ َ‬
‫تدريس هذا البرنامج في المدرسة األمريكية للصم والبكم (‪The American Asylum‬‬
‫‪ )for Deaf-mutes‬في هارتفورد وفي مدرسة كالرك للصم (‪The Clarke School for‬‬
‫‪ )the Deaf‬بمدينة‪ .‬نورث هامبتون‪ .‬وبعد عودته إلى برانتفورد بعد قضاء ستة أشهر‬
‫خارجها‪ ،‬استمر "بيل" في إجراء تجاربه على التلغراف التوافقي‪ .‬وكانت تكمن الفكرة‬
‫األساسية من هذه األداة التي ابتكرها في أن الرسائل يمكن إرسالها عن طريق سلك واحد إذا‬
‫تم إرسال كل رسالة من الرسائل بدرجة مختلفة‪ ،‬باستثناء العمل على كل من جهاز اإلرسال أو‬
‫جهاز االستقبال إذا اقتضت الضرورة ذلك‪ .‬غير أن "بيل" كان ليس واثقًا من مستقبله‪ .،‬ففكر‬
‫أوالً في العودة مرة ثانية إلى لندن إلكمال دراسته‪ .‬ولكنه قرر العودة إلى مدينة‪ .‬بوسطن للعمل‬
‫بها كمعلم‪ .‬ولكن والده ساعده في الوصول لعمله الخاص من خالل االتصال بـ "جاردينر‬
‫جرين هوبارد" (‪ ،)Gardiner Greene Hubbard‬رئيس مدرسة كالرك للصم وذلك من‬
‫أجل ترشيحه‪ .‬للعمل بها‪ .‬ومن خالل تدريسه‪ .‬لبرنامج والده‪ ،‬فتح "ألكسندر بيل" في أكتوبر‬
‫عام ‪ 1872‬مدرسة في مدينة‪ .‬بوسطن تعرف باسم "فسيولوجيا الصوت وآليات النطق‬
‫والكالم" (‪ )Vocal Physiology and Mechanics of Speech‬التي نجحت في‬
‫استقطاب عدد كبير من الطالب الذين يعانون من الصمم‪ .‬وقد رأى العديد من اإلخصائيين ذوي‬
‫الخبرة في هذا الوقت أن مشكلة الصمم تعد من المشكالت التي يمكن القضاء عليها معتقدين‬
‫أنه بإمكانهم تعليم الصم كيفية التحدث فحسب وليس استخدام لغة اإلشارة‪ .‬وفي العديد من‬
‫س للغاية (على سبيل المثال‪،‬‬‫المدارس‪ ،‬كانت تتم معاملة األطفال الصم بصورة سيئة‪ .‬وبشكل قا ٍ‬
‫ربط أيديهم خلف ظهورهم حتى ال يمكنهم التحدث بلغة اإلشارة؛ وهي اللغة الوحيدة التي‬
‫يعرفونها جيدًا‪ ،‬وبذلك فإنهم سيضطرون إلى محاولة التحدث والنطق بالكلمات)‪ .‬ثم أنشأ في‬
‫عام ‪ 1872‬مدرسته في بوسطن وذلك ألن نظريته‪ .‬قد ثبت بطالنها وتم دحضها‪ .‬وما زال الصم‬
‫لديهم أطفال أصحاء ال يعانون من ضعف السمع وما زال األفراد األصحاء الذين ال يعانون من‬
‫أي ضعف في السمع لديهم أطفال صم‪ .‬وبحلول عام ‪ ،1874‬كان قد دخل عمل "بيل" على‬
‫التلغراف التوافقي في بدايته مرحلة التشكيل مع ظهور أول بوادر للتقدم أدت إلى تحقيقه‬
‫نجاحا كبي ًر ا من خالل عمله في معمله الجديد في بوسطن (المكان المستأجر) وكذلك في منزل‬
‫ً‬
‫أسرته في كندا‪ .‬وفي يوم ‪ 2‬يونيو‪ .‬عام ‪ ،1875‬استطاع "واطسون" بطريق الصدفة أن يمسك‬
‫بإحدى القصبات واستطاع "بيل" من نهاية طرف السلك المستقبل سماع النغمات التوافقية‬
‫للقصبة وهذه النغمات قد تعد ضرورية لنقل الكالم‪ .‬وقد استنتج‪" .‬بيل" من خالل ذلك أن قصبة‬
‫واحدة أو عضو إنتاج واحد يعد ضروريًا وليس العديد من القصبات‪ .‬وأدى ذلك إلى اختراع‬
‫التليفون الذي اعتمد مصدر طاقته على ضغط الصوت وقوته بدالً من االعتماد على البطارية‬
‫أو أي مصدر آخر من مصادر الطاقة كالكهرباء مثالً‪ ،‬هذا باإلضافة إلى أن هذا التليفون استند‬
‫في عمله إلى كل هيكل قائم تتوسطه‪ .‬قطعة متعارضة واستطاع في الوقت نفسه أن ينقل‬
‫األصوات دون تمييز‪ .‬ولكنه لم يستطع نقل الكالم بوضوح‪.‬‬
 ‫ناسا تؤجل إطالق "أطلس" ومسبارا مخصصا للعواصف‬
‫الشمسية‪:‬‬

‫أجلت وكالة الفضاء األمريكية "ناسا" لمدة ‪ 24‬ساعة عملية إطالق صاروخ الفضاء "أطلس‬
‫ّ‬

‫‪ "5‬الذي كان من المقرر أن يحمل على متنه‪ +‬مسباراً خاصاً لدراسة الشمس بصورة تقول‬

‫الوكالة إنها "ستكون األفضل على اإلطالق‪ .‬وذكرت الوكالة أن الصاروخ الذي‬

‫تأخر إطالقه ثالث مرات في السابق بسبب الرياح قد يطلق‬

‫الخميس إن سمحت الظروف الجوية‪ ،‬مضيفة; أن المسبار الجديد‬
‫سيسمح; بدراسة وافية للظواهر الشمسية‪ ;،‬وعلى رأسها ما‬
‫يعرف بـ"العواصف الشمسية"; التي قد تسبب الفوضى على‬
‫دم‬
‫سطح األرض بتأثيراتها‪ .‬وبحسب الوكالة‪ ،‬فإن المسبار الذي يق ّ‬
‫صوراً أوضح من صور شاشات التلفزة بنسبة عشر مرات‬
‫سيساعد على فهم كيفية نشوء مغناطيسية الشمس‪ ،‬ومن ثم‬
‫ظهور العواصف الشمسية‪ .‬وتعتقد الناسا أن "العواصف الشمسية" هي عبارة‬
‫عن أمواج من الطاقة والشحنات الكهربائية التي تنطلق جراء انفجارات في الشمس تعادل‬
‫الواحدة منها قوة مليارات القنابل النووية‪ .‬ويخشى العلماء أن تؤدي هذه الظواهر إلى تعطيل‬
‫االتصاالت على سطح األرض والرحالت الجوية‪ ،‬إلى جانب تعطيل األقمار الصناعية وتهديد‬
‫رواد الفضاء‪ ،‬وهو أمر سبق أن حدث عام ‪ ،1969‬عندما عطلت عاصفة شمسية منشأة‬
‫للطاقة بكندا‪ ،‬وتسببت‪ .‬بقطع الكهرباء عن منطقة كيبيك لتسع ساعات‪ .‬ومن المتوقع أن يستمر‪.‬‬
‫عمل المسبار خمس سنوات‪ ،‬وهو يحتوي على ثالثة أجهزة خاصة بقياس الحقل المغناطيسي‬
‫والمجال الجوي وقادرة على إرسال المعلومات التي تتوفر إليها إلى مركز المراقبة األرضي‪.‬‬

‫غوغل تطالب غوغي الصينية بالتوقف عن استخدام شعارها‪:‬‬

‫بعثت شركة غوغل األميركية بخطاب الى القائمين على محرك بحث الكتروني صيني تطالبهم‬
‫فيه بالكف عن استخدام شعار قريب الشبه بشعارها‪.‬‬
‫ويعلو الصفحة الرئيسية لموقع غوغي شعار يشبه شعار غوغل الى جانب شعار شركة بايدو‬
‫انكورب أكبر محرك بحث محلي في الصين‪.‬‬
‫ويقدم الموقع خدمات البحث والتعارف االجتماعي‪ .‬وقالت متحدثة باسم غوغل يوم الثالثاء ان‬
‫الشركة طلبت رسميا من غوغي التوقف عن نسخ شعار غوغل وهو عالمة تجارية خاضعة‬
‫للحماية‪ .‬وللصين سجل فقير سيء السمعة في حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية‪ .‬وتنتشر نسخ‬
‫مقرصنة من البرمجيات والموسيقى واالفالم والمالبس وغيرها من البضائع على نطاق واسع‬
‫في البالد بالرغم من اجراءات صارمة متكررة من قبل الحكومة‪.‬‬
‫والشهر الماضي هددت غوغل باالنسحاب من الصين بسبب مخاوف تتعلق بالرقابة وما قالت‬
‫انه واقعة قرصنة خطيرة أدت الى سرقة حقوق ملكيتها الفكرية‪.‬‬
 ‫اكتشاف شارع أثري بالقدس ظهر في خريطة مادبا البيزنطية‪:‬‬

‫قالت سلطة اآلثار اإلسرائيلية‪ ،‬إن باحثين يعملون لصالحها عثروا على شارع رئيسي في‬

‫القدس عمره ‪ 1500‬عام‪ ،‬يمر من وسط المدينة المقدسة القديمة‪ ،‬يعطي مصداقية لما‬

‫يعرف بخريطة مادبا‪.‬‬

‫وقال الكدتور عوفر سيون مدير الحفريات إن االكتشاف الجديد‬

‫يضفي مزيدا من المصداقية الجغرافية على الخريطة البيزنطية‬
‫التي رسمت بواسطة الفسيفساء وعرفت باسم خريطة مادبا‪،‬‬
‫وصورت مدخال للمدينة المقدسة يفضي إلى شارع رئيسي‪.‬‬

‫وتعد خريطة مادبا التي‪ ‬يبلغ طولها ‪ 8‬مترات وعرضها ‪ 16‬مترا‪،‬‬

‫أقدم الخرائط الجغرافية التي صورت األرض المقدسة‪ ،‬وفي‬
‫منتصفها تصوير للقدس في القرن; السادس بعد الميالد‪،‬‬
‫والخريطة موجودة; في كنيسة القديس جورج في مدينة مادبا‬
‫األردنية‪.‬‬

‫وعثر على الشارع األثري قرب بوابة يافا بالقدس‪ ،‬على عمق ‪4.5‬‬
‫مترات تحت مستوى األرض‪ ،‬عندما كان عمال البلدية يقومون;‬
 ‫بتحسينات على شبكة الطرق في المدينة‪ ،‬وفقا لما أعلنته‬
‫سلطة اآلثار اإلسرائيلية‪.‬‬

‫ويعود تاريخ الشارع إلى الحقبة التي كانت فيها القدس تحت‬
‫سيطرة المسيحيين‪ ،‬وتم رصفه بحجارة كبيرة‪ ،‬يصل طول الواحدة‬
‫منها إلى نحو متر‪.‬‬

‫وأكد الدكتور سيون أهمية االكتشاف وقال "إنه منذ العثور على‬
‫تلك الخارطة ونحن نتوق إلى العثور على هذا الشارع الذي يدخل‬
‫إلى المدينة من الجهة الغربية ويصل إلى الشارع القادم من‬
‫نابلس ويتجه جنوبا‪".‬‬

‫وعقب االكتشاف‪ ،‬وصفت مصادر فلسطينية اإلعالن اإلسرائيلي‬

‫بأنه مجرد "مزاعم وادعاءات‪ "،‬إلعطاء الدولة العبرية بعدا تاريخيا‪،‬‬
‫وقالت وكالة األنباء الفلسطينية إن سلطة اآلثار اإلسرائيلية‬
‫ادعت أن "إسرائيل" برزت في تلك الخريطة منذ العهد البيزنطي‪.‬‬
 ‫دولـة بدون أطفال ؟؟؟ هل تتصورون أن هنـاك دولة في هذا العالم بدون أطفـال ؟!!!‬
‫الجواب ‪...‬‬

‫نــــعــــم الدولة الوحيـــدة في العالم التي ال تسمع فيها بكـاء أو ضحكــات أطفــــال هي‬
‫الفـاتيكــان ألنــه ال يولد فيهــا أي طفل وذلك لعــدم وجــود متزوجيــن أصــالً !!!‬
‫ويبلغ عدد سكـانها ( ‪ ) 1000‬نسمة فقط ومعظمهم من الرهبــان والراهبــات الذين يحرمون‬
‫أنفسهم من الزواج ‪ ....‬صج تخلف‬

‫لم تنااااااااااااااام منذ ‪ ....‬؟؟!!!‬

‫إمــرأة من هوشي مينه جنوب الفيتنـام أسمهـا ( تي لي هانغ ) تبلغ من العمر ( ‪ ) 54‬عـاما ً‬
‫قالت أنهـا لم تنم منذ ‪ 31‬عامـا ً‬
‫وأنهـا حاولت اإلنتحـار مرتين بسبب هذا المرض المؤلم الذي وصفه األطباء بأنه نـادراً‬
‫جــــداً وقالت أنهـا فقدت القدرة على النوم في ( عام ‪1965‬م ) إثر والدة طفلها األول‬
‫وأخفق الطب الشرقي وجميع األدوية المنوعة والمسكنة الغربية في‬
‫إعــادة النوم إليهــا وهي تمضي الليل في القيـام بأعمــال منزلية !!!! مسكييينة وهللا كسرت‬
‫خاطري‬
 ‫هل من آباء بهذه القسوة ؟؟!!!‬

‫في دولة األرجواي حبس أبوان إبنهمـا لمدة ( ‪ ) 14‬عامـا ً وذلك ألنه عاكس فتـاة عندمـا كان‬
‫في التاسعة عشــرة من عمره في غرفة منفردة داخل البيت ال يغــادرهــا أبداً !!!‬

‫اووه جان زين لو يسوون بالشباب الحين جذيه‬

‫وقد طال شعر هذا المسجون المدعو ( أوســكار نافارو ) حتى وصل إلى خصره ونمت له‬
‫لحية وأظافر طويلة وبدأ عليه األعيـاء ولم يكتف والداه بسجنه بل أنهما لم يتحدثا معه طوال‬
‫األعوام األربعة عشـر التي قضـاهـا حبيسـا ً ( يــااااااااحرام يــا أوسكـار ) وعندمـا قرر‬
‫الوالدان أطالق سراح إبنهما لم يكن هنـاك مكان له سوى مستشفى األمراض النفســية !!‬

‫يتزوج ‪ 25‬مرة‪:‬‬

‫تزوج حالق يوغسالفي وهو في سن التاسعة والسبعين ‪ 25‬مرة في عام واحد !!!!(شويه‬
‫بس ‪ 25‬مرة )‬

‫إمرأة تعرفت على رجل في الساعة الواحدة والنصف من أحد االيام ثم خطبها في الساعة‬
‫الثالثة والنصف ‪ ..‬ثم عقد قرانها في الساعة السابعة من نفس اليوم ‪ ..‬وبعد نصف ساعة‬
‫إختلفا وذهب كل واحد إلى حال سبيله وأتت المرأة إلى المحكمة تطلب الطالق ‪..‬‬

‫أطول أمرأة في التاريخ‪:‬‬

‫أطول إمرأة ذكرها التاريخ هي ( ماريا فيدا ) حيث بلغ طولها ( ‪ 255‬سم ) !!!‬
‫وقد ماتت في برلين ولم تتجاوز السابعة من عمرها !!!!!‬
‫زين ماتت ‪ ،‬لو واصل عمرها ‪ 15‬سنة جان طق راسها بالسقف‬

‫إطلع على ذلك الطبيبان اإلنكليزيان الشهيران ( تشاين ) َو ( بايارد ) وسجاله رسميا ً في‬
‫تقريرهما ‪...‬‬
‫وذات يوم أوقف الجنرال حركة قلبه مدة نصف ساعة ولكنه توفي بعد ذلك بثمانية أيام !!!‬

‫غرس الدبابيس في الجسم‪:‬‬

‫من التسليات الشعبية الغريبة الشائعة بين سكان منطقة ( فوتافا ) في بوهيميا مباراة غرز‬
‫الدبابيس لمعرفة أفضل ( مدبسة ) بشرية !!!!‬
‫وقد استطاع ( باغرو ) ملك إحدى القبائل الغجرية المحلية أن يضرب الرقم القياسي سنة (‬
‫‪ ) 1938‬وذلك بغرزه ( ‪ ) 3200‬دبوس في ذراعه وإبقائها مدة ( ‪ ) 31‬ساعة متواصلة‬

Known as "The Charismatic Enigma", Jeff Hardy is one of the

most popular and accomplished superstars of the last decade
in professional wrestling...recently made his return to TNA
Wrestling...an exciting high-flyer who is considered a
daredevil

(born August 31, 1977) is an American professional wrestler, currently

signed to Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). He is best known for
his time in the World Wrestling Federation/Entertainment (WWE).

Early career:

Hardy cites Sting, The Ultimate Warrior, and Shawn Michaels as

his childhood inspirations to wrestle.] Hardy had been on World
Wrestling Federation (WWF) television as a jobber—a wrestler who
consistently loses to make his opponents look stronger—as early as
age sixteen. His first WWF match was against Razor Ramon on
May 24, 1994. The next day he wrestled against The 1-2-3 Kid, and
the match aired on the June 25 episode of Superstars.[] He
occasionally wrestled as a jobber as late as 1997 before beginning his
first major run in 1998. Hardy, along with his brother Matt and
friends, started their own federation, the Trampoline Wrestling
Federation (TWF) and mimicked the moves they saw on television.
Later on, the TWF went under several different names, eventually
being integrated into a county fair in North Carolina. The brothers
and their friends then began to work for other independent
companies. They drove all over the East Coast of the United States,
working for companies such as ACW and other small promotions.[

Before arriving in the WWF, Matt formed his own wrestling

promotion, the Organization of Modern Extreme Grappling Arts
(OMEGA) with Thomas Simpson The promotion was a more
successful version of the original TWF and included talent such as
both Hardy brothers, Shannon Moore, Gregory Helms, Joey
Matthews, and Steve Corino, among others. In OMEGA, each of the
brothers portrayed several different characters; Hardy portrayed
such characters as Willow the Wisp, Iceman, Mean Jimmy Jack
Tomkins, and The Masked Mountain. While there, Hardy held the
New Frontier Championship as a singles competitor and the Tag
Team Championship with Matt. The promotion folded in April 1998
when they signed contracts with the WWF

The Hardy Boyz (1998–2002)

The Hardy brothers eventually caught the eyes of the World

Wrestling Federation (WWF). After being signed to a contract in
1998,[8][22] they were trained by Dory Funk, Jr. in his Funkin' Dojo
with other notable wrestlers such as Kurt Angle, Christian, Test,
and A-Train.[6] When the team was finally brought up to WWF
television, after months of 'jobbing' and live events, they formed the
acrobatic tag team called the Hardy Boyz.[4] While feuding with The
Brood in mid-1999, they added Michael Hayes as their manager.[4]
On July 5, they won their first WWF Tag Team Championship by
defeating the Acolytes, but lost it back to them a month later.[23]
After the dissolution of the Brood, the Hardys joined forces with
Gangrel as the The New Brood and feuded with Edge and Christian.
[4][24]
This stable did not last long, however, and on October 17, 1999
at No Mercy, the Hardy Boyz won the managerial services of Terri
Runnels in the finals of the Terri Invitational Tournament in the
WWF's first ever tag team ladder match against Edge and
Christian.[8][25]

In 2000, the Hardy Boyz found a new manager in their real-life

friend Lita.[2] Together, the three became known as "Team
Xtreme".[2] They continued their feud with Edge and Christian
throughout 2000, defeating them for the WWF Tag Team
Championship on two occasions.[26][27] At SummerSlam the Hardy
Boyz competed in the first ever Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match
(TLC match), for the Tag Team Championship against the Dudley
Boyz and Edge and Christian, but were unsuccessful.[9]

Hardy gained attention for his high risk stunts in the TLC matches
in the year 2000,[9] 2001,[28] and 2002.[29] He made a name for himself
as one of the most seemingly reckless and unorthodox WWF
performers of his time.[30] In 2001, Hardy received a push as a
singles competitor, and he held the WWF Intercontinental
(defeating Triple H),[31] Light Heavyweight (defeating Jerry Lynn)[32]
and Hardcore Championships (defeating Mike Awesome and Van
Dam on two separate occasions).[33] At the end of 2001, the Hardys
began a storyline in which they began to fight, which led to Matt
demanding a match at Vengeance, with Lita as the special guest
referee.[34] After Hardy beat Matt at Vengeance, while Matt's foot
was on the ropes, Hardy and Lita began feuding against Matt.[35] In
the middle of the feud, however, Hardy faced The Undertaker in a
Hardcore Championship match and lost.[36] After the match, the
Undertaker was scripted to attack both Hardy and Lita, injuring
them.[36] On the next episode of SmackDown!, the Undertaker also
attacked Matt, also injuring him, in storyline.[37] The Hardys and
Lita were not seen again until the Royal Rumble, because WWE did
not have another storyline for their characters.[38] The Hardys later
came back as a team, and there was never any mention of their
previous storyline split.[38]

In early April 2002, the Hardy Boyz began a feud with Brock
Lesnar after Lesnar gave Matt an F-5 on the steel entrance ramp,
which led to an angered Hardy seeking revenge on Lesnar.[39] At
Backlash, Hardy faced-off against Lesnar in his first televised
match.[40] Lesnar dominated Hardy and won the match by knockout.
[41]
Lesnar and the Hardys continued to feud over the next few
weeks, with the Hardys coming out victorious only once by
disqualification.[42] At Judgment Day, Lesnar gained the upper hand
on the Hardy Boyz before tagging his partner, Paul Heyman, in to
claim the win for the team.[43] In July 2002, Hardy won his third
Hardcore Championship by defeating Bradshaw>

Main event status (2007–2009)

Jeff Hardy worked closely with Triple H during late 2007, and again in
late 2008.

In the midst of feuding with Umaga, who defeated Hardy at The

Great American Bash to retain the Intercontinental Championship
in late July,[96] Hardy was abruptly taken off WWE programming.[4]
He posted on his own website and in the forums of
TheHardyShow.com that it was time off to heal, stemming from a
bad fall taken in a match against Mr. Kennedy on the July 23
episode of Raw.[4] He made his return on the August 27 episode of
Raw beating Kennedy by disqualification after Umaga interfered.[97]
The following week, on September 3, Hardy successfully captured
his fourth Intercontinental Championship by defeating Umaga for
the title.[98]

This was the start of a push for Hardy, and at Survivor Series,
Hardy and Triple H were the last two standing to win the traditional
elimination match.[99] Hardy began an on and off tag team with
Triple H,[100][101] which eventually led to a respectful feud between the
two.[101] The scripted rivalry continued at Armageddon, when Hardy
defeated Triple H to become the number one contender for the
WWE Championship.[102] In the weeks leading up to the Royal
Rumble, Hardy and Randy Orton engaged in a personal feud, which
began when Orton kicked Hardy's brother, Matt, in the head in the
storyline.[103] Hardy, in retaliation, performed a Swanton Bomb on
Orton from the top of the Raw set and seemed to have all the
momentum after coming out on top in their encounters.[12][104][105]
Hardy, however, lost the title match at the Royal Rumble,[12] but was
named as one of six men to compete in an Elimination Chamber
match at No Way Out, where he survived to the final two before
being eliminated by the eventual winner, Triple H.[106]

During the March 3 episode of Raw, Hardy appeared on Chris

Jericho's "Highlight Reel" segment as a special guest, but ended up
attacking Jericho.[107] This led to an Intercontinental title match on
the following Raw where Hardy dropped the title to Jericho.[108] Off-
screen, Hardy dropped the title after he was suspended for sixty
days, as of March 11, for his second violation of the company's
Substance Abuse and Drug Testing Policy.[109] Hardy was also
removed from the Money in the Bank ladder match at
WrestleMania XXIV after the suspension was announced.[109][110]
Hardy returned on the May 12 episode of Raw, defeating Umaga.[111]
This reignited the rivalry between the two, and they met in a Falls
Count Anywhere match at One Night Stand, which Hardy won.[112]
Hardy as WWE Champion at the start of 2009

On June 23, 2008, Hardy was drafted from the Raw brand to the
SmackDown brand, as a part of the 2008 WWE Draft.[113] Hardy
made his SmackDown debut on the July 4 episode, defeating John
Morrison.[114] Hardy participated in the WWE Championship
Scramble match at Unforgiven and also challenged for the
Championship at No Mercy and Cyber Sunday, but failed to win
each time.[115][116][117] He was originally scheduled to be in the WWE
Championship match at Survivor Series, but, in storyline, was found
unconscious in his hotel, allowing the returning Edge to replace him
in the match and win the title.[118][119] At Armageddon in December
2008, Hardy defeated the defending champion Edge and Triple H in
a triple threat match to capture the WWE Championship, his first
world heavyweight championship.[11][120]

In January 2009, Hardy's next storyline led to his involvement in

scripted accidents, including a hit-and-run automobile accident and
an accident involving his ring entrance pyrotechnics.[121][122] At the
2009 Royal Rumble, Hardy lost his WWE Championship to Edge
after Hardy's brother, Matt, interfered on Edge's behalf and hit
Hardy with a steel chair.[123] The buildup to this feud involved Matt
implying that he was responsible for all of Hardy's accidents over
the past few months, and at WrestleMania XXV, Hardy was
defeated by Matt in an Extreme Rules match.[124][125] In a rematch at
Backlash, however, Hardy defeated Matt in an "I Quit" match.[126]

At Extreme Rules, Hardy defeated Edge to win the World

Heavyweight Championship in a ladder match. Immediately after
the match, however, CM Punk cashed in his Money in the Bank
briefcase, which gave him a guaranteed world championship match
at any time he wanted, and defeated Hardy to win the
championship.[127] Hardy received his rematch at The Bash, and won
the match via disqualification, with Punk still retaining the title. [128]
At Night of Champions, however, Hardy won the championship for
the second time, by defeating Punk.[129][130] At the SummerSlam pay-
per-view in August, Hardy lost the title back to Punk in a Tables,
Ladders, and Chairs match.[131] On the August 28 episode of
SmackDown, Punk defeated Hardy in a steel cage rematch for the
World Heavyweight Championship, resulting in Hardy being forced
to leave WWE, in storyline, per the pre-match stipulation.[132] This
storyline was put in place to allow Hardy to leave WWE to heal his
injuries, including a neck injury.[133][134] Hardy also had two
herniated discs in his lower back and was suffering from Restless
legs syndrome

Total Nonstop Action Wrestling return (2010)

On TNA's first live Monday edition of Impact! on January 4, 2010,

Hardy made his return to TNA, along with Shannon Moore.[135] He
was attacked by Homicide after emerging from the crowd, but hit
Homicide with a steel chair and performed the Twist of Fate on the
Impact! Zone ramp.[135] He later appeared in backstage segments
throughout the evening.[136] The following day, it was reported that
Hardy had signed a new contract with TNA.[7] Hardy would make
his next appearance for the company on the March 8 Monday night
edition of Impact!, saving D'Angelo Dinero, Abyss and Hulk Hogan
from A.J. Styles, Ric Flair and Desmond Wolfe.[137] The following
week Hardy defeated the TNA World Heavyweight Champion A.J.
Styles in a non-title match
Eating is one the most important events in everyone’s life. We enjoy

keep heart attacks at bay but cause breast cancer; dietary vitamin
antioxidants can prevent lung cancer or can not. Eating is a paradox
and a mystery that our ancestors tried and modern scientists are
trying to solve.

Heart Diseases and Foods:

Coronary heart disease is the most common of all heart diseases. It

is characterized by blockage in the coronary arteries that result in
reduction of blood flows to the heart muscle, depriving it of vital
oxygen. The clogging of coronary artery, known as arteriosclerosis,
begins with fatty streaks in and under the layer of cells, that line
artery walls. Gradually, the streaks are transformed into plaques-
fatty scar tissue that bulges into the artery opening, partly choking
off blood flow.

If the clot becomes large enough, it can block blood flow, suffocating
large patches of cardiac muscle, an event known as a heart attack or
angina. Or if a blood vessel to the brain closes off or ruptures, it will
result in a stroke. While the exact causes of coronary heart disease
are imperfectly understood, certain major risk factors have been
identified, including genes, gender, diet, and lifestyle - smoking,
exercise, and stress.
 Scientific evidence indicates that diet is vital to whether your
arteries clog or your heart gives out. Stopping the progression of
artery disease in the first place with your diet is foremost in warding
off heart attacks and strokes. Even if you already had heart
problems, including a heart attack, changing your diet now may
prevent future cardiac problems and even halt or reverse arterial
damage, helping restore arteries to health.

Foods with anti-heart disease activity can:

1. Block platelet aggregation (clotting)

2. Reduce blood vessel constriction
3. Increase blood flow
4. Lower fibrinogen (clotting factor)
5. Increase fibrinolytic (clot-dissolving) activity
6. Block cell damage from oxygen free radicals
7. Lower triglycerides
8. Raise good HDL cholesterol
9. Makes cell membranes more flexible
10. Lower blood pressure

However, wrong food choice may do just the opposite of the above.

Eat a variety of foods. A balanced diet is one that

includes all the food groups. In other words, have
foods from every color, every day.

Eat less of some foods, and more of others. You can

see that the bands for meat and protein (purple)
and oils (yellow) are skinnier than the others.
That's because you need less of those kinds of
foods than you do of fruits, vegetables, grains, and
dairy foods.
You also can see the bands start out wider and get
thinner as they approach the top. That's designed
to show you that not all foods are created equal,
even within a healthy food group like fruit. For
instance, apple pie would be in that thin part of the
fruit band because it has a lot of added sugar and
fat. A whole apple — crunch! — would be down in
the wide part because you can eat more of those
within a healthy diet.
