Re: Auburn Police Request Help Locating Missing 15 Year Old Female

The Auburn Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance with the location of a
missing fifteen year old female. Missing is Ashley M. Klop who is described as a white
female, 5’05” tall weighing approximately 125lbs. Ashley has hazel eyes and black hair
and was last seen wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, black capri pants and multicolored
checked sneakers. Ashley is also believed to be wearing a silver chain necklace with a
cross pendant. Ashley was last heard from on May 7, 2011 at 7:30pm after her
grandmother received a text message from her. It appears that Ashley’s phone is no
longer turned on. Ashley does have numerous friends in the City of Auburn and was
believed to have been scene in the Owasco Street area on Monday May 9, 2011 with an
unknown black male.

Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of Ashley Klop is asked to call the
Auburn Police Department at 253-3231 or lead investigator Det. Shea at 255-4703.
