• Research Reports vary in scope, content and
purpose.
• Purpose of Report is to communicate clearly
the research ideas, methods and results to
readers
Classification
• Feasibility Reports – PPR and DPR
• Written Reports – can be of three types:
- Popular (Public-Planning Commission Report,
RBI Report etc.)
- Technical (Dissertations & Summer Internship
Projects, Ph.D thesis etc.)
- Administrative (AGM Report, Annual Report)
- Oral Presentation
- Poster Presentation
