Instructions:

After the coach command the first player on the yellow team immediately,
with speed, dribbles the ball and shoots, has to be in the penalty box, then
the red team immediately, with speed dribbles the ball and shoots but, the
player yellow (defense) doesn’t let the red team shoot. After the yellow takes
the ball away from the red the next two people go. The team doesn’t have to
have a goalie.

Attacking:

• Make sure the attack is quick, controlled and the player gets to shoot
quickly

• Put the shot on target even when under pressure

• Dribble with speed

Defense:

• Transition quickly from offence to defense
