NCC enforce the teachers to follow the rules strictly, which helps to maintain the quality of education

To maintain the discipline the management has declared clear rules and regulation. Those should be
followed by every employee.

The board of directors announced clearly the directions to achieve the organizational objective.

Subordination of individual interest to the general interest

Faculty members are loyal to words their responsibilities and denoted their attention to words students

Teacher’s role is not only to teach the student according to the slabs but also appreciate the student to
take the part in extra curricular activities.

It is the duty of every member of the faculty of NCC to obey the rules and regulations made by the
management.

The NCC teachers are grated on the basis of the results of their students. And also the feed back by the
students

Salary is paid on the basis of performance, quality, and experience.
