ABSTRACT

This project is concerned with the impact of computers in Human Resource management with emphasis
on a selected car – assembly plant.

A general review, problem statement of the research, objective of the research, its significance and
scope of the study is given in chapter one.

Chapter two points out clearly that although the impact of technical change on socio-economic
structure as well as the effect of new technologies on changing roles of management has not been
properly understood. The chapter stressed the need for proper maintenance of Human Resource on the
basis of information system and development.

Research methodology is discussed in chapter three on how the various sources of research were
carried out.

Chapter four talks about the data presentation, analysis and interpretation.

The final chapter, which is chapter five give a summary, conclusion and recommendation on the whole
work.
