CAREER EXPERIENCE:
From 1970 to April 2010 I have managed in Caracas (Venezuela) my own CPA firm to
provide a wide range of services in the areas of Accounting and Auditing.
In addition, I have gained a wide experience working as Accountant in various bu
sinesses such as General Contractors, Construction, Manufacturing, Restaurants,
Condominium, and Travel Agencies and for two major International Companies in th
e Freight Forwarding Business.
Such are "A. Merzario, S.A." and "Saima Avandero S.p.A.", both Italian Companies
, working for their subsidiaries located in Caracas (Venezuela).
On the first one I work for a long period as an outside Controller; instead in S
aima Avandero de Venezuela I work as General Controller since 1985 until 2001.
Part of my job was to keep our contacts with the headquarters in Italy.
