es, residential remodels and light commercial build outs. The responsibilities a
lso included sales, estimating, scheduling and managing projects through complet
ion. Meigs Inc specialized in residential construction, agricultural, buildings,
equestrian centers and commercial office space.

Southern Wisconsin Craftsmen- Mt. Horeb 2004-2007

Owner - Operated a small residential general contracting company specializing in
remodeling and renovations. Duties included advertising, sales management, cont
ractual agreements, subcontractor scheduling, critical path management and book
keeping. In addition, I spent time in the field framing, siding, trimming, hangi
ng cabinets and installing all of our hardwood and laminate flooring.

Homestead Capital - Wayne, NE 2002-2004

Site Inspector - Traveling throughout the mid-west conducting site inspections f
or mortgages. Primarily responsible for making sure the homeowner or builder pro
perly utilized mortgage company funds to complete the related project. Responsib
le region included Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Indiana and Michigan.

Yahara Builders - Madison, WI 2000-2002

Construction Manager - A temporary position supervised all residential field op
erations from site visit to final punch list. The projects ranged from $275,000
to $750,000. Specializing in Frank Lloyd Wright and prairie style design and con
struction.

Mt. Horeb Lumber - Mt. Horeb, WI 1995 - 2000

General Manager - Managed all company operations including hiring personnel, man
aged a crew of about 40 employees, negotiated advertising contracts and lumber p
urchases. The yard had annual sales of about 9 million dollars.

Self employed carpenter - New Glarus, WI 1995 - 1999

Sub Contractor - Carpenter contracting to builders and specializing in all phase
s of residential construction.
