The attention of the of all RJDSEs / DEOs in the State is invited to the
references read above, and they are requested to comply the interim orders passed
by the Hon'ble Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal strictly to the extent of
applicants only in the ensuing transfer counseling, 2011 under intimation to this
office and G.P. for School Education Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal,
Hyderabad without fail.

Certain Applicants filed O.A.No.3234/2011 and batch before the Hon'ble Andhra
Pradesh Administrative Tribunal praying to direct the respondents to retain and
continue the applicants as LFL Headmaster in their respective present places by
suspending the operation of the impugned G.O.Ms.No.55, dated.23.04.2011 r/w
G.O.Ms.No.61, dated.16.05.2011 in so far as the applicants are concerned.

The Hon'ble Tribunal on 02.06.2011 is pleased to pass the following interim

orders:

In view of the Clause mentioned in G.O.Ms.No.55, dated.23.04.2011 that on

account of the rationalization there shall be no creation of any post on reduction in
sanctioned posts in a District, with District taken as a unit for each management,
there shall be a direction to the respondents to continue the applicants as LFL
Head Masters if redesignated as Primary School Head Masters in their respective
places until further orders.”
