To provide excellent mental health service to our patients especially the poor is our most important consideration. That our employees are our most important resources. In that we will carry the maximum efficiency in our delivery of service to whatever resources we have. Strengthen the delivery of service by manpower development such as training, seminars. Aspire to be in the fore front of Drug Prevention as well as establishing a Drug Rehab Center for Cavite. To be a training hospital w/in two years time. It is our intent to be a model mental health care system, we strive to be a leading in non-profit mental health care delivery.
