Greetings! Attached please find machine copy of Division Memorandum. No. 02 s 2011 dated January 3, 2011 re corrigendum and addendum to the 2011 Division Literary Arts Competition. Please be informed further that the District Literary Arts Competition previously scheduled on Jan.21, 2011 is moved to Jan.24,2011 at 7:30 0clock in the morning at the C.V.Diez Mem.Cent.Elem.School covered court due to conflict in schedules with the Division Mathematics and Makabayan Super Quiz Bee. To ensure a systematic and orderly conduct of this district wide event, please advise your School English Coordinator to attend the emergency meeting with the undersigned on December 19, 2011 at 3:00 oclock in the afternoon at the District Office. Attached herewith are the criteria for judging the events in all levels in different categories. For your information and guidance.
