ABSTRACT

The primary purpose of this industrial training is to expose students to actual working environments and to enhance students knowledge and skills. It is hoped that UPMs students will undergo the industrial training successfully, effectively and to the best of their ability while maintaining the good name and reputation of UPM. It is compulsory for a UPMs student to pass the industrial training before being awarded the degree. Student will be attached to government department, firm or companies for a specified period of time. Realizing that working is not the same as studying, the trainee can be more serious, professional and produce much more effective and efficient result in everything that the trainee does. This will definitely increase the reputation of the institution, and gain more recognition in the working world.
