AMS SPD Performance Criteria MET 1. Identifies AMS SPD icon 2. Verbalizes understanding that AMS SPD is detecting worrisome patterns of breathing indicative of repetitive reductions in airflow 3. Verbalizes that AMS SPD algorithm is looking for 5 consecutive and specific patterns of desats and resats with a specific duration, depth, frequency and severity in a rolling 10 minute window 3. Understands that O2 therapy will attenuate SPD 4. Verbalizes understanding of SPD index settings 1-3 and demonstrates how and why to change the index 5.
