clean and healthy environment b. recognize the importance of a healthy environment. c. learn ways on how to maintain the cleanliness of their environment.

Objectives of Care After nursing intervention, the family will: a. Demonstrate progressive weight gain toward goal. b. Be able to be free of signs of malnutrition.] c. Demonstrate behaviors, lifestyle changes to regain or maintain appropriate weight gain.

Nursing Interventions -Evaluate total daily food intake. Ask the mother to document the food intake everyday to reveal possible cause of malnutrition. -educate to eat nutritious food such as fruits and vegetables. -Ask the mother to buy vitamins that will help to boost the appetite. -Maintain a well and clean environment for eating.

able to know the risks of having a small space to live in. b. encourage the family to find another place to live in, a house that has adequate space for the whole family.

Nursing Interventions -discuss the risk factors of inadequate space in the home with a large family. - educate the possible disease that can be acquired with inadequate space in the home. -educate the family to maximize the resources to have a conducive environment for living.

Dati nung pagkaanak ko sa kanya ang taba-taba niya pa pero nung nakaaraang linggo lang nagkasakit siya at biglang pumayat. Hindi na kumakaen at laging nanghihina. Pumayat na talaga siya. Yung mga ibang anak ko mapapayat din kasi kung anu-anu din yung mga kinakaen

Nangungupahan lang kami ditto sa bahay namin. Pasensya na kayo at maliit yung bahay namin. Dito kami natutulog sa may sahig tapos nilalagyan na lang naming ng kumot. Meron ding nangungupahan sa taas nito. Wala kaming CR at yung lutuan namin nasa labas. Nagsisiksikan na lang kami dito kahit maliit pingtyatyagaan na lang namin.
