Remarks There is only one exhaust fan per each toilet with outer diameter of 20 cm to be fixed in the center of window glass, so they do interfere with MEP other than the electricity comes by means of a cable 2 X 1.5 mm2 as shown in the 2BF drawing enclosed. - The type is split (no window type adopted) - No need to conceal the refrigerant pipes as the condensing unit can be situated near the split location (please, see the attached drawing). So, the pipes can penetrate the wall by sleeves drilled after installation. Some changes were made regarding the location of the dawn hot water pipe to be behind the wall away from the distribution board. - Hot and also cold water pipes not to be installed inside the wall. They only pass through the walls by means of sleeves drilled after installation as indicated in the drawing enclosed.

Remarks No clashing between the rain water pipe and the hot water supply pipe from the roof floor. Please, see the drawings (5&6) enclosed. The sewage pipe down to the GF through the toilet is located at the corner where it can be covered with a secondary wall after all installations in a way it seems to be a column. Please, see drawing 5. Drainage point for washing machine is indicated in drawing 4 Locations of the toilet fixtures are illustrated in drawing 1
