    ax through regedit, and it found it in C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temp\7zSF8.tmp\App\ Once I deleted the file itself, I also removed its value from HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{4BE02356-54CF-4948-B983-EDE382D497DC}\InprocServer32 (that's where it was found in my case) Voila! It's gone! Hope this helps! (YMMV) :P
