    Youaskedforanupdatedanalysisofthesavingsestimatescontainedinthesecond SEBACagreement. WehadprovidedananalysisonJune6,2011toyouofthefirst SEBACagreement. Pleaseseetheattachedspreadsheetforanitemizedanalysisofeachprovisioninthe agreement currently before union members. Note that in certain areas we are still pursuingadditionalinformation,clarificationordatafromothersources.Thereforethe tablerepresentsourbestavailableinformationandassumptionsatthistime.Giventhat therevisedSEBACagreement isstillbasedonannualized savingsfigures,incertain instances,thesesavingsmaybereducedduetothedelayinpotentialratification.Finally, itisourunderstandingthattheagreementssavingsfigureswereestimatedindividually duringnegotiations.Inkeepingwiththisapproach,ouranalysisdeterminedachievability of these savings on an individual basis. Therefore it is possible that savings for interrelatedprovisionsmaynotbecumulative. PleasenotethatOFAdoesnotemployanyactuarialstaffanddoesnothavetheability to conductactuarial analyses. Ouranalysis is basedonareview ofthe information available tous asitrelates tothis agreement andas information hasbeenpresented relatedtootherconcepts. Ihopeyoufindthisinformationuseful. Wearealsointheprocessoffinalizinga formalmemoontheSEBACagreementwhichwillelaborateonouranalysismethodsas wellasareasofconcern.Feelfreetocontactmewithanyadditionalquestions.
