METHI ALOO PARATHA

INGREDIENTS For the dough 1. 1 cup whole wheat flour 2. 1 tsp oil 3. Salt to taste For the meethi aloo stuffing 1. 1 cup finely chopped Fenugreek (meethi) leaves 2. 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes 3. tsp cumin seeds 4. 2 tsp ginger green chilli paste 5. tsp dhania powder 6. 2 tsp chat masala 7. 2 tsp oil 8. Salt to taste
Procedure Mix all the above ingredients and knead it into hard dough. Roll like chappati and add 1 tbsp of oil on each sides while on tava. Serve Hot Parathas with Pickle or curds.
